About the Airport
Dubbo Regional Airport (DRA) is one of the leading regional airports in Australia and is located 5km northwest of Dubbo on the Mitchell Highway.
The Airport provides direct return services from Dubbo to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Broken Hill, Walgett and Lightning Ridge and is serviced by Regional Express (Rex), QantasLink, Link Airways and Air Link.

Disability Access and Special Assistance
Dubbo Regional Airport has formulated a Disability Facilitation Access Plan. This plan aims to inform passengers with disabilities about the steps DRA will undertake to facilitate their access, as well as how they can aid the airport in delivering the most suitable service, such as providing relevant information before their journey.
Airline operators at the Airport provide disability assistance. Wheelchair or mobility-impaired passengers must inform airline operators if they require assistance boarding the aircraft. Airlines have appropriate lifting equipment and elevators to aid individuals to board the aircraft, but they typically require advance notice, usually at the time of booking.
Other special needs, such as oxygen for breathing aids and medical equipment for other conditions, must be requested 48 hours before the travel date.
