Request for Proposal - Aircraft Refuelling Services

Last updated: 03 Apr 2024

Dubbo Regional Council is requesting proposals from established aircraft refuelling companies to supply aircraft refuelling services at Dubbo Regional Airport.

The Dubbo Regional Airport (DRA) is an essential transportation hub for the Central-Western region of New South Wales. It is located about 5 kilometres northwest of Dubbo's city centre and plays a vital role in connecting the region with major cities like Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, as well as other regional areas. Thanks to its strategic location, the DRA serves not only Dubbo but also a large area of the Central West and Northwest of the state.

Dubbo Regional Airport is also a leading hub for emergency services coordination and training, as well as facilitating tourism, business travel, and industry demand. It is located in the Orana Region of the Central West NSW and has well-established Regular Passenger Transport services, General Aviation sector and a well established emergency services precinct. The precinct includes facilities for the NSW Rural Fire Service (NSW RFS), Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), State Emergency Service (SES), Volunteer Rescue Association (VRA), and a Police Training and Air Ambulance centre.

Interested parties can register their interest and request the Request for Proposal documents at [email protected] by Tuesday 30 April 2024.
